Wal Restaurant Caernarfon is the culmination of two and a half years’ in the making, working with local Welsh businesses to restore the current building in order to retain its character and yet cook up a contemporary dining space, complete with real oak flooring from Anglesey, handcrafted ash furniture, made in Bangor, and table lights from Greece!

Diners will be also be intrigued with the arched wall which runs through Wal – which is believed to date back to Roman times, and is the same stone as that used to build Caernarfon’s magnificent castle.
