We do our very best to seat everyone. At our busiest times you might experience a short wait so please wait patiently in the queue to be seated.

We operate mainly as a walk in service as we feel this is fairest, so please just turn up and we will get you seated as fast as we can.

We will only take reservations under certain circumstances and all bookings will be asked to pay either a small holding deposit or full payment, as follows.

If you are a party of 6 or more we are happy for you to call us and make a reservation, as we have limited seating available for larger parties, and we will do our best to accommodate you if an area is available.

We automatically reserve tables for all completed online afternoon tea bookings. Afternoon tea is available as pre-book only and all bookings should be made online at www.theglasstrawberryafternoontea.com upon completion of booking full payment will be taken.

We may on special occasions allow for the majority of the restaurant to be booked out on days like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Father's Day. We will always announce these changes to our reservation policy on our social media pages to give as many people as possible the opportunity to book in for these special days.
