Sprout Derby @ Staywell Nourished

Our mission is to empower and support the health of the Derby community through nourishing food and access to nature at our growing spaces.

We believe in simple, nourishing food for body, mind and soul. All of our food is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. We use no animal products and none of the 14 common allergens.

Our kitchen is based in the heart of Derby, at the Staywell recovery centre on St Mary’s Gate. There we prepare healthy meals and snacks to supply the Staywell Nourished café and for local catering events.
