Our food is based off the 5 S’s. Spice, Sharp, Sweet Salty & Sour. Using only the most authentic spices, we cook all of our dishes in individual Balt’s to ensure you enjoy every dash of flavour created. This traditional cooking method has been around for many years and still proves to be the best to this day.
