As well as raising valuable funds, having a presence on the high street helps to raise the profile of Animal Free Research UK and makes people aware that cruelty-free medical research is possible.



Our first vegan charity shop, at 16 Churchyard, Hitchin, SG5 1HR, opened on Saturday 15th August 2015 by our Patron, and Downton Abbey star, Peter Egan.
